How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery in Canada typically takes 2–7 business days. US orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days.
What does shipping cost in Canada?
Orders under $40 CAD ship at a flat rate of $12.99 CAD. Orders of $40 CAD or more ship FREE.
What does shipping cost to the United States?
Orders under $100 USD ship at a flat rate of $19.99 USD. Orders of $100 USD or more ship FREE. All duties and customs fees are prepaid by us — no extra charges at delivery.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes — spend $50 CAD or more and save 10% automatically at checkout. No code needed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Because our soaps are personal-care products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

What sizes do the soaps come in?
Two sizes: 100 g and 200 g.
Is the loofah rough?
No — the natural loofah softens with water, giving a gentle-to-medium exfoliation.
What are the ingredients?
Each bar is handmade in small batches with a gentle soap base, skin-loving natural oils, and a natural loofah. Each scent has its own blend — the full list is printed on every package. Questions? Email info@loofaluxe.com.
How do I use the soap?
Wet the bar, create a creamy lather, massage gently over the body, then rinse. Hang the bar to dry between uses.
Is the soap gentle?
Our soaps are made with a gentle soap base and skin-loving oils. As with any new product, we recommend patch-testing first. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
