↩ 14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • This aligns with standard practice for beauty and personal care products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

This applies when:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was incomplete or incorrect

In these cases we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, and no return shipping is required in most cases.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
