At LoofaLuxe, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help and will do our best to make it right.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened personal care products cannot be returned
  • This policy aligns with standard practices for beauty and personal care products.

✅ Eligible for Return

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • Your order was incomplete or incorrect
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened soaps
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

🔁 Exchanges & Replacements

  • If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
    • We will offer a free replacement or refund
    • No return shipping will be required in most cases

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns
