14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Non-returnable items

Used or opened soaps; items damaged due to misuse or normal wear; sale or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect); and gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Canada: $12.99 CAD flat rate, FREE on orders of $40 CAD or more. United States: $19.99 USD flat rate, FREE on orders of $100 USD or more.
