LoofaLuxe ships across Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Canada Shipping

We offer shipping across Canada.

Orders under $40 CAD: Flat-rate shipping of $12.99 CAD.
Orders of $40 CAD or more: FREE shipping.

Estimated delivery in Canada is 2-7 business days.

US Shipping

We ship to the United States.

Orders under $100 USD: Flat-rate shipping of $19.99 USD.
Orders of $100 USD or more: FREE shipping.

All duties and customs fees are prepaid by us (Delivered Duty Paid) - the price you see at checkout is final, with no extra charges at delivery. Orders are delivered by USPS with full tracking and typically arrive within 6-10 business days from the order date.

14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
